Senior Middle Office Analyst (Collateral Management) | Contract

We’re seeking a future team member to join our Integrated Middle Office Solutions (Collateral Operations) team.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Provide subject matter expertise and operational leadership across collateral management activities, supporting junior team members and driving best practices within the team.

• Perform daily collateral management activities including margin calculations, collateral processing, reconciliations, and dispute investigations across OTC derivatives and securities finance products.

• Monitor collateral exposures and ensure timely settlement of collateral calls in accordance with client agreements and regulatory requirements.

• Investigate and resolve collateral disputes, breaks, and exceptions with counterparties, clients, and internal stakeholders.

• Produce accurate management information, client reporting, and operational metrics.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation and workflow enhancement initiatives.

• Utilize data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and strategic platforms to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Maintain adherence to operational controls, procedures, and risk management standards.

• Collaborate effectively with Relationship Management, Product, Technology, Risk, and Operations partners to deliver a high-quality client experience.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or any related discipline

• 3-7 years of experience in collateral management, derivatives operations, middle office, securities finance, or related operational functions.

• Good understanding of collateral management, margin call processing, reconciliations, and dispute resolution.

• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience using Excel and data analytics tools; Alteryx and Power BI knowledge would be advantageous.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
